For example, your EMM user ID and password are used to authenticate you, and once your EMM and Business Services are linked, your EMM user ID, password and access token will be used to constantly update the Business Services with updated [*] information you save onto your EMM;
• To respond to your questions or requests for information;

We may use information we collect for the following purposes:

• to provide products and services that you (or your employer) requested and to register or authenticate you or your device.

Samsung processes personal data for the purposes described above. legal basis to process personal data is set out below:

• For the performance of the contract between you and Samsung. For example, to provide you with the Business Services and to identify and authenticate you so you may use certain Business Services such as Samsung Knox Enterprise;
• To comply with legal requirements. For example, to comply with applicable accounting rules and to make mandatory disclosures to law enforcement;
• For Samsung’s legitimate interests. For example, to manage our relationship with you and to improve the Business Services; and,
• Based on obtaining your separate consent. For example, to communicate with you about our products and services and provide you with marketing information. This consent may subsequently be withdrawn at any time by contacting us as specified in the How to Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We use and combine the information we collect about you from our Business Services, devices, or other sources to provide you with a better experience. For example, you can use your Samsung Account details not only on the Business Service you registered with, but other services which use Samsung accounts. (i) So that we can keep our promises to you, such as providing you with the Business Service

(iii) To comply with the law, regulatory obligations and legal processes (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)); and

We may disclose your information internally within our business to the relevant teams, such as, without limitation the customer services team, the legal team, and where you have chosen to receive marketing messages, to the marketing teams.
